Terms of Service

Echoling is an English speaking practice product operated by Firefly Labs Studio. It helps users practice real expression through content generation, model audio, shadowing and recording, speech transcription, speaking assessment, learning records, and review.

Echoling is a learning aid. It does not guarantee any exam, school admission, job, immigration, or language certification result. You should judge whether practice content and feedback fit your own situation.

You should register or log in with a real and reachable email address, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

You should keep your login credentials secure and must not rent, sell, transfer, or provide your account for misuse. If you discover abnormal or unauthorized use, contact us promptly.

You retain your lawful rights to content you input, upload, or record, including practice text, recordings, feedback, and other information you provide.

To provide the service, you grant Firefly Labs Studio the right to process, store, transmit, analyze, and display user content as necessary, including through AI, speech synthesis, speech recognition, speaking assessment, storage, and caching services.

You promise that your submitted content does not infringe others rights and does not contain illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, malicious, or otherwise unsuitable content.

Echoling uses AI to generate English expressions, vocabulary explanations, topic suggestions, and learning feedback. AI content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable for a specific context, or different from what you expect.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is fully correct, natural, or suitable for every situation, and we do not guarantee any specific learning result.

Speech recognition and speaking assessment results may be affected by recording environment, device, accent, speed, network conditions, and third-party services. Scores for pronunciation, fluency, and completeness are for practice reference only and are not official language certification.

When using Echoling, you must not:

• Submit illegal, infringing, sexual, violent, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or malicious content.
• Reverse engineer, crack, bypass access limits, attack systems, scrape data in bulk, or interfere with service stability.
• Abuse AI, TTS, STT, or speaking assessment resources for automated, high-frequency, resale, or unrelated use.
• Impersonate others, violate privacy, or upload unauthorized recordings or personal information.
• Use the service to generate or distribute misleading, illegal, or harmful content.

We may adjust, suspend, or terminate some features based on product iteration, cost, third-party service changes, security risks, or operational needs.

If you violate these Terms or your use may harm the service, other users, or third parties, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access and delete related content where necessary.

Echoling may provide free features, trials, paid subscriptions, or other paid services. Prices, benefits, duration, and cancellation methods are subject to what is shown in the product.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, purchased services may not support unconditional refunds after activation due to immediate delivery of digital services, resource costs, or account entitlement activation. Legally required refunds are not affected.

Echoling product design, interface, code, brand, trademarks, documents, and non-user content provided by us belong to Firefly Labs Studio or relevant rights holders.

Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit Echoling products, code, brand, or service content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echoling is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or always meet your learning goals.

We are not liable beyond the scope required by law for losses caused by network conditions, devices, third-party services, user content, AI output, recording quality, force majeure, or your violation of these Terms.

The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the effective legal rules related to Firefly Labs Studio's place of operation and service provision.

If a dispute arises, both parties should first try to resolve it through friendly negotiation. You may contact us using the email listed in these Terms.
